About me…
I'm on this journey with you, and I don't pretend to have all the answers. In fact, I'm still figuring things out myself!
Since becoming a certified Coach in 2015, my approach has evolved organically along with my interests and values. I've transitioned from the traditional coaching model focused on goal-setting and self-improvement, to a new paradigm centered on supporting my clients to reconnect with and embody their authentic selves. I primarily serve clients in the UK and across Europe via Zoom, but also enjoy working with clients face-to-face when possible.
Born and raised in London, I've spent the past 15 years living in Europe. This has allowed me to experience life from different perspectives and also expanded my understanding of myself and how I respond to challenging circumstances.
My mindfulness practice is the foundation on which I have built my life over the last 5 years. It informs the way I show up as a parent, as a friend and especially as a coach. Daily yoga and meditation sessions are integral to my lifestyle, as is spending as much time as possible outside. Whether in the mountains or by the sea, I relish time spent in nature.
My daughter also helps to keep me grounded and focused on building a better world, one day at a time.
